I don't have my subscriber number anymore, what should I do?

Just send us your name and neighbourhood on WhatsApp: we can often find your record from previous activations, or guide you to find it on your decoder/invoice.

How long does activation take?

Usually a few minutes after payment confirmation, during our opening hours (8am–8pm, 7 days a week). Outside these hours, activation happens as soon as we're back online.

Can I change plans when renewing?

Yes, just mention it in the form or directly on WhatsApp: we'll tell you the new price before any payment.

Is Mobile Money payment secure?

You pay directly from your Orange Money or MTN MoMo app to our number; a confirmation receipt is sent on WhatsApp after activation.

What if my decoder won't turn on at all?

That might not just be a subscription issue. Let us know — we'll refer you to our Repairs & Support service if needed.
