How long is my contract valid?

CANAL+ Business runs on a renewable monthly commitment. The exact terms (duration, notice) are set by CANAL+ Business Cameroon and shared with you at subscription time — we detail them before anything is signed.

When should I pay my bill?

Before the monthly due date shown on your invoice, to avoid any service interruption. We can remind you of the due date on WhatsApp if you'd like.

Can I change channels, and does it affect my billing?

Yes, channels can be changed à la carte at no cost, within the number of channels included in your plan. This does not affect your billing as long as you stay on the same plan.

How does SAV (after-sales support) work with CANAL+ Business?

SAV is included and free under the general terms of sale. Contact us directly on WhatsApp: we step in on-site in Yaoundé or refer you to CANAL+ Business support depending on the issue.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can switch between plans (Basic, Essentiel, Prestige, Pack VIP) at any time, just by asking us.
